Products that are returned without an RA will not be accepted and will incur a freight and handling fee.

Notification if your application has been approved will be sent within 7 working days.
Please note that products that appear to have been used will not be accepted unless:
There is a fault with the product
A client has experienced an adverse reaction to a product (imagery of the reaction may be required)
Returns are not valid or accepted due to packaging changes unless the product is considered faulty.
Products returned due to incorrect ordering will incur a fee of $30, for orders under $400 or 7.5% for orders over $400.
Returned product will only be considered for replacement or credit if 90% or more of the product remains.
