Forms
Product Returns A Return Application Form must be submitted to asap prior to the return of asap products. On receipt of a stockist Return Application, asap will provide a Returns Authorisation (RA) number and details of how to return the product. Please note: Products returned due to incorrect ordering by a stockist will incur a fee of $30, for orders under $400 or 7.5% for orders over $400. Are these amounts still relevant? Returns will not be accepted without a Returns Authorisation (RA) number. Stock that is returned to asap skin products without an (RA) will not be accepted and will incur a freight and handling fee. Returned product will only be considered for replacement or credit if 90% or more of the product remains. Return Applications submitted via the asap professional website will be processed within 7 working days. Forms received via post will be processed in 30 days. Authorisation of a credit or replacement for returned product is at the discretion of asap
